How to Find TED Talks
TED Talks focus on the "power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world." The TED website is a collection of free knowledge from the world's most inspired thinkers. TED's annual conferences bring together the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes or less. With TED Talks, we have on-demand access to the world's most inspiring voices.
1. Search by Topic
When searching for videos start at the TED.com homepage, click on Watch from the top menu of the homepage and then click on TED Talks. To find a video, just select one of the video thumbnails, or use the drop-down fields to search for jaw dropping, inspiring, or topic related videos. Choose a topic you're interested in and see how many videos you can find that relate to that topic.

4. Search TED Open Translation Project
The TED Open Translation project brings subtitled talks to students from different nationalities. Students whose first language is not English can listen to talks in their native language. In addition, if you teach a foreign language class, students could listen to a variety of TED talks in the language that they are learning. Learn about Shadia Ramsahye (one of the translators) and browse the list of languages currently translated to see which talks you might want to suggest to your students!Currently there are more than 56,000 translations in 104 languages translated by more than 16,000 volunteers.
